Substance Use Disorder Professional

Key Responsibilities Provide individual and group counseling services in accordance with state regulations and best practices Complete biopsychosocial assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes in a timely manner Maintain accurate and compliant clinical documentation Collaborate with medical, psychiatric, and case management staff Participate in treatment team meetings and case reviews Support clients in developing coping skills, relapse prevention strategies, and recovery goals Uphold all agency policies, confidentiality standards (HIPAA/42 CFR Part 2), and ethical guidelines Qualifications Current Washington State SUDP credential required Experience working in substance use disorder treatment preferred Strong documentation and organizational skills Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team Professional, compassionate, and nonjudgmental approach to client care CPR/First Aid (or ability to obtain) Background check and pre-employment drug screen required What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience and education Supportive and collaborative work environment Opportunities for professional growth and continuing education Paid time off and benefits package (for eligible employees) Pay: $21.00 - $28.00 per hour Benefits: Dental insurance Employee assistance program Health insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Work Location: In person
