Maximum Roofing Solutions is looking for a motivated and energetic Roofing Sales Representative to join our growing team. This position is ideal for a driven individual who enjoys working with homeowners and builders, building relationships, and helping clients protect their homes and properties with quality roofing solutions.
As a Roofing Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating leads, meeting with customers, providing estimates, and closing sales. No roofing experience is required—we will train the right candidate.
Responsibilities
Identify and develop new sales opportunities through networking, referrals, and lead generation
Meet with homeowners and builders to evaluate roofing needs
Perform roof inspections and provide professional recommendations
Prepare accurate estimates and proposals
Follow up with prospects and maintain strong customer relationships
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals
Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth project execution
Maintain accurate customer records and sales activity reports
Qualifications
Strong communication and customer service skills
Sales experience preferred (construction or home services a plus)
Self-motivated and goal-oriented
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
Basic computer and smartphone skills
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
