This role requires a hands-on technical leader who can work directly with customers, business stakeholders, and development teams to translate business needs into scalable, production-ready solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in enterprise application development, cloud architecture, and AI/LLM integration, with a focus on delivery ownership and solution implementation.\r\nKey Responsibilities\r\nLead end-to-end technical delivery of cloud and AI-enabled enterprise solutions.\r\nWork closely with customers and stakeholders to understand requirements and design practical technical solutions.\r\nArchitect and guide development teams in building scalable microservices-based applications.\r\nDesign and implement AI-driven automation, agentic workflows, and LLM-based solutions.\r\nDevelop backend services using C# /.NET Core and Python.\r\nBuild and integrate REST APIs, cloud services, and enterprise systems.\r\nDrive DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and containerized deployments.\r\nParticipate in architecture discussions, technical reviews, and solution workshops.\r\nRequired Experience & Skills\r\nTechnical Experience: 12+ years of software development and architecture experience.\r\nStrong expertise in C# /.NET Core and backend system development.\r\nProficiency in Python for automation and AI integration.\r\nExperience designing microservices and distributed systems.\r\nCloud & Platform Engineering: Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure cloud services, including: Application hosting and container platforms Kubernetes-based deployments Storage and messaging services CI/CD pipeline automation\r\nAI & Intelligent Automation: Experience integrating Large Language Models (LLMs) into applications. Knowledge of AI workflows, prompt engineering, and intelligent automation. Exposure to agent-based AI systems or AI orchestration is highly desirable.\r\nFrontend & Integration: Experience with Angular or React. Understanding of modern SPA application architecture.\r\nSoft Skills: Strong customer-facing communication and consulting skills. Ability to lead technical discussions with senior stakeholders.
