Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, remote role for a Country Director at ROYAL FUNDS®.Qualifications* Proven leadership experience in managing country-level or regional operations, including strategic planning, team leadership, and performance management.* Strong background in finance and investment.* Solid understanding of regulatory, compliance, and governance frameworks relevant to financial services or investment management.* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities, with a data-informed approach to strategy and operations.* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.* Prior experience in a director-level or senior management role within financial services, investment funds, or related sectors is highly desirable.
