orders, shipping, inventory, returns, billing corrections, and general account needs.\n\n*Responsibilities*\n\n* Receive and process customer rental and purchase orders.\n* Review and clarify customer orders and communicate information to the shipping department.\n* Prepare shipping paperwork, provide waybill information, and assist with tracking lost or delayed shipments.\n* Maintain communication with customers regarding order status, expected release dates, and shipment delivery.\n* Resolve order discrepancies, credit holds, product availability issues, and other customer concerns.\n* Provide customers with inventory status updates.\n* Research and prepare billing correction requests and assist with credit processing.\n* Process product returns, obtain required approvals, and track returns through completion.\n* Respond to customer warranty-related questions.\n* Assist with consignment inventory setup, audits, and discrepancy resolution.\n* Maintain accurate customer accounts and contact information in *ERP and CRM systems*.\n* Provide professional and timely customer service while working with customers and internal departments.\n\nRequired Qualifications\n\n* *High school diploma or equivalent required.*\n* *Minimum 2 years of customer service or closely related experience required.*\n* Strong verbal and written communication skills.\n* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.\n* Ability to research and resolve customer or order-related issues.\n* Comfortable working with computer systems, databases, and order information.\n\n*This is a long-term
