Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Richmond, CA, for a Field Service Technician. The role involves installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing entry control and security systems, including automatic gates, security fencing, surveillance cameras, and access control systems. The field service technician will also perform regular equipment inspections, provide technical support, and collaborate with clients to ensure their security needs are met efficiently. Qualifications Proficiency in troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of hardware and electronic systemsFamiliarity with security systems, including cameras, card readers, and automated gatesExperience in electrical wiring, mechanical repair, and installation of technical componentsStrong problem-solving, attention to detail, and technical aptitudePhysical capability to perform on-site tasks, including lifting heavy equipment and working in various conditionsValid driver's license and ability to travel to client locationsExcellent communication and customer service skillsRelevant certifications in electronics or security systems are a plusHigh school diploma or equivalent required; technical training or associate degree in a related field preferred
