{"schemaVersion":"jobsearcher.job.v1","id":"bc18b54a39978e539d75fc1d","url":"https://jobsearcher.com/jobs/bc18b54a39978e539d75fc1d","canonicalUrl":"https://jobsearcher.com/jobs/bc18b54a39978e539d75fc1d","title":"Security Supervisor","description":"Pyramid Global Hospitality is a leading hospitality management company with a portfolio of more than 200 hotels and resorts and over 18,000 associates across the United States, Caribbean, and Europe.\nSecurity Supervisor – Naples Bay Resort & Marina What you will have the opportunity to do:\nCarry out the safety policies and procedures of the property and Benchmark, while maintaining the highest degree of professionalism and teamwork atmosphere as per standards of service.\nFollow safety procedures to ensure a safe working environment for guests and associates.\nRecruit, hire and train Security team to uphold the highest standards of safety.\nReduce the opportunity for the commission of crimes using preventive patrol and high visibility of security throughout the premises on a timely schedule.\nPromote and preserve the peace on premises to assure a comfortable and non-threatening environment for guests and employees.\nAid, or seek aid for, individuals who are in danger of physical harm, or in need of medical attention.\nRespond to emergencies as prescribed in Emergencies Service Procedures of the property.\nAssure the security of guest and employee information both in written reports and in general business operations.\nComplete all Daily Activity and Incident Reports.\nHelp assure compliance with Liquor Laws.\nAssist in developing and presenting security related programs.\nReview and edit written records produced by Security Officers.\nAid in other job classification as determined necessary by immediate superior.\nQualifications High school diploma or equivalent.\nPrior hospitality/purchasing experience preferred.\nAt least one year customer service experience preferred.\nAt least two years Security or Police (military or civilian) experience, preferably with exposure to the hotel environment.\nAt least two years of college in a safety, security or hospitality related discipline.\nReady to work a flexible schedule to include nights, weekends and holidays.\nFirst Aid/CPR certification, instructor rating preferred.\nHigh quality written and oral communication skills.\nCompensation: Pyramid Global Hospitality is an equal opportunity employer.
