As a key member of our restaurant team, you will play a vital role in the preparation and presentation of our menu offerings, ensuring that every dish meets our high standards for quality and presentation. Duties: - Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to our menu, using fresh ingredients and adhering to food safety guidelines. - Collaborate with the dietary department to develop and implement new recipes and menu items. - Ensure that all food handling and preparation practices meet the highest standards for food safety and quality. - Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to our high standards for cleanliness and hygiene. - Work effectively as part of a team to deliver exceptional service and maintain a positive atmosphere in the dining area. - Assist with menu planning and meal preparation for special events and catering functions. - Maintain a thorough knowledge of food service regulations and guidelines, ensuring that all food is prepared and served in compliance with relevant laws and regulations. - Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance culinary skills and knowledge. Skills: - Extensive experience in the food industry, with a strong background in fine dining. - Strong knowledge of food safety practices and regulations. - Ability to plan and prepare menus for different types of events and functions. - Proficiency in food handling and preparation techniques. - Experience working in a restaurant environment, with a focus on customer service and satisfaction. - Familiarity with dietary department procedures and protocols. - Strong communication and teamwork skills. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities. - A passion for culinary excellence and a commitment to delivering exceptional dining experiences.
