Duties:
- Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to our menu, using fresh ingredients and adhering to food safety guidelines.
- Collaborate with the dietary department to develop and implement new recipes and menu items.
- Ensure that all food handling and preparation practices meet the highest standards for food safety and quality.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to our high standards for cleanliness and hygiene.
- Work effectively as part of a team to deliver exceptional service and maintain a positive atmosphere in the dining area.
- Assist with menu planning and meal preparation for special events and catering functions.
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of food service regulations and guidelines, ensuring that all food is prepared and served in compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance culinary skills and knowledge.

- Extensive experience in the food industry, with a strong background in fine dining.

Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour
