Methods has more than 300 employees, nine technology centers, one high precision machining center, and has installed more than 40,000 machines throughout North America.\nJob Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Manager to oversee daily office operations, support staff, and ensure an efficient and productive work environment. The Office Manager will be responsible for administrative tasks, accounting support, facility management, and supporting company leadership. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.\nDuties/Responsibilities:\nOversee daily office operations, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow.\nAccounting support including Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable in coordination with the corporate team.\nManage office supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships.\nCoordinate office maintenance and facility management.\nAssist with administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings and managing correspondence.\nOrganize and plan company events, meetings, and team-building activities.\nMaintain office policies and procedures to support company operations.\nServe as a liaison between employees and senior management.\nEnsure compliance with health and safety regulations in the office.\nAssist with special projects and other administrative tasks as assigned.\nQualifications and Experience:\nBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field preferred.\nProven experience as an Office Manager or similar role.\nProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).\nStrong verbal and written communication skills.\nExceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.\nAbility to prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently.\nExperience working with ERP systems.\nExperience in facility management and vendor coordination is a plus.\nSupervisory Responsibilities:\nNone\nTravel Requirements:\nOccasional travel may be required for business meetings and company events.\nPhysical Requirements:\nProlonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.\nMust be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.\nAdditional Information\nThis job description is designed to provide an overview of basic skills, experiences and education required to perform the job and is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of all activities, duties, or responsibilities required of the employee to perform the essential functions of the job.
