Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that meet their needs. Demonstrate product features and benefits through engaging product demos. Process transactions accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system, ensuring efficient cash handling. Maintain knowledge of current promotions, sales, and product offerings to effectively sell to customers. Assist with inventory management, including restocking shelves and organizing merchandise displays. Communicate effectively with team members and management to ensure smooth store operations. Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to enhance customer satisfaction. Perform basic math calculations for transactions and inventory counts as needed. Qualifications Previous experience in retail sales or grocery store environments is preferred but not required. Bilingual candidates are highly encouraged to apply, as this will enhance communication with a diverse customer base. Strong communication skills with the ability to engage customers positively. Familiarity with retail math concepts and basic math skills for accurate cash handling. Experience with POS systems is advantageous but training will be provided for the right candidate. A proactive attitude towards learning new products and sales techniques is essential. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required by the store schedule.
