Our Polyschool program provides industry-leading education and hands-on training to roofing professionals, contractors, distributors, and our sales teams across the country.\nWe are seeking an enthusiastic and technically skilled Polyschool Training Associate to support the planning, execution, and continuous improvement of our training programs while serving as a technical resource for our sales teams and customers.\nPosition Summary\nThe Polyschool Training Associate plays a key role in coordinating and delivering impactful training experiences. This position is responsible for supporting all aspects of Polyschool events, including event preparation, product and material organization, hands-on demonstrations, classroom facilitation, and post-event documentation.\nThe ideal candidate has a passion for the roofing industry, enjoys presenting and teaching others, and thrives in a dynamic environment with frequent travel and collaboration with sales, technical, and operations teams.\nWhat You’ll Do\nAssist with the planning, organization, scheduling, and execution of Polyschool training events.\nPrepare training materials, demonstration decks, and roofing system mock-ups.\nCoordinate products, tools, equipment, and supplies needed for successful training events.\nEnsure materials are ordered, shipped, and delivered to the appropriate locations on schedule.\nConduct hands-on product demonstrations and assist with classroom training sessions.\nSupport and guide additional technical staff assisting with training events.\nManage cleanup, proper disposal of materials, and return of equipment following training sessions.\nServe as a technical resource for internal sales teams, agents, and customers.\nProvide product knowledge, evaluations, demonstrations, and Polyglass solutions to customer inquiries.\nAssist with sales initiatives, promotional activities, and industry events as needed.\nRepresent Polyglass at trade shows, conferences, and association meetings while identifying industry and market trends.\nMaintain knowledge of roofing systems, local building codes, industry standards, and competitive products.\nPartner with the Polyschool Training Supervisor to update existing training programs and develop new educational content.\nIdentify opportunities to improve training processes, materials, and overall attendee experience.\nPromote a culture of teamwork, safety, professionalism, and continuous improvement.\nRequired Qualifications\nHigh school diploma or equivalent.\nProficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, and PowerPoint, as well as web-based applications.\nValid driver’s license with a clean driving record.\nAbility and willingness to travel up to 50%, including overnight travel.\nStrong presentation, communication, and organizational skills.\nAbility to manage multiple projects, prioritize responsibilities, and work independently.\nPreferred Qualifications\nBachelor’s degree.\nPrevious experience as a roofing manufacturer representative, roofing inspector, roofing contractor, or related roofing industry professional.\nRegistered Roof Observer (RRO) certification.\nBilingual skills are a plus.\nTravel: Approximately 50% (local and overnight)\nPay and Benefits\nIn addition to very competitive pay, our benefits are unmatched in our industry and include features that are not available at other local employers.\nA FREE health-plan option for employees or premium costs far below industry averages\n401(k) plans with a company match at 6% - far more free money than most plans in the market\nTuition Reimbursement.
