Community Branch Manager I

Location will be Hometown/West Penn 226 Claremont Avenue, Tamaqua, PA 18252 1331 Clamtown Road, Tamaqua, PA 18252 We're seeking a Community Branch Manager I to lead daily operations, drive business growth, and build strong customer and community relationships. This role is ideal for a results-driven banking professional with leadership experience and a passion for service. What You'll Do: Lead branch operations to achieve growth, revenue, and efficiency goals Drive business development through customer relationships and community involvement Manage and coach branch staff to meet performance and service expectations Partner with Business Bankers to expand customer relationships Represent the bank in the community and participate in local organizations Ensure compliance with bank policies and regulations (BSA/AML, OFAC) Resolve complex customer issues and maintain high service standards What You Bring 1-4 years of banking experience with leadership/supervisory responsibilities Strong sales, coaching, and relationship-building skills Knowledge of banking products and regulatory requirements Excellent communication and organizational skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Why Join Us?
