The Project Supervisor is responsible for dealing with customers when the Project Manager isn’t on site or is unavailable. A Project Supervisor is expected to continuously be updating their Project Manager on any change orders, customer complaints, and making sure the crews are working in a professional manner. This position acts as the primary conduit between the Crews and the Project Manager. Project Supervisor responsibilities include but are not limited to: Greeting clients in the morning Make sure the crews are working in a professional manner Make sure tarps, etc. are secured properly to eliminate siding, landscape, and screen damage from falling debris Keeping in contact with the Project Manager throughout the day Make sure that everything the Project Manager requests is done to eliminate any issues with the customers/crews Keeping track of change orders Make sure all leftover material is brought back to the shop If any extra materials are needed you will be required to go to the shop or wherever necessary to make sure the crews have what they need to complete the job Our Requirements: Prior roofing experience required (5 years minimum) Supervisor experience preferred High School Diploma or GED Basic computer/smartphone knowledge Work as part of a team towards a common goal A professional appearance and positive attitude Ability to climb ladders Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time Ability to carry up to 60 lbs.
