Advanced degrees or additional certifications are highly valued.\nExperience: Minimum of 5 years of program management experience in defense, preferred as a lead in an acquisition program (PEO / PM level). Preferred but not required is abackground in engineering, with specific expertise in electrical engineering, circuit card development, and software development. Proven success in managing complex defense programs.\nCertifications: DAU certification is strongly preferred. PMP or other relevant project management certifications are advantageous.\nMilitary Experience: Retired or separated military professionals at the O5 or O6 level are strongly encouraged to apply, bringing their extensive knowledge of defense operations and leadership experience.\nTechnical Expertise: Demonstrated proficiency in managing programs involving electrical engineering, circuit card development, and software development.
