Location: Charlotte, NC and surrounding areaPay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour (paid weekly, based on verifiable experience)Job Type: Full‑TimeShift: Primarily 1st shift with occasional after‑hours and weekendsJob DescriptionA well‑established and locally owned company is seeking a Dock High Truck Driver / Warehouse Fulfillment Associate. This position requires the ability to operate a dock‑high truck and cargo van for deliveries, along with performing daily warehouse duties. Compensation is based on experience.Candidates must be familiar with driving a 24-26' (non‑CDL) box truck using lift gates, pallet jacks, and hand trucks/dollies. Preference will be given to candidates local to and familiar with the greater Charlotte area.ResponsibilitiesDrive 24'-26' box trucks and cargo vans for local deliveriesLoad and unload trucks at origin and destination using hand loading, pallet jacks, carts, or hand trucksSort freight in a warehouse settingFollow routing and delivery instructions to meet or exceed client expectationsEnsure proper documentation is completed and submitted as requiredUse smartphones and tablets for routing, communication, and documentationMaintain a professional appearance and customer‑focused demeanorWork safely, follow instructions, and communicate as necessaryPerform additional duties as assigned by the Branch ManagerRequirementsHave or be able to obtain a DOT Medical Card (Required)Experience driving 24'-26' box trucks with lift gates, cargo vans, and forkliftsMust be 25 years of age or older (insurance requirement)Ability to lift up to 50 lbsReliable, friendly, and willing to go the extra mile to satisfy clientsFlexible schedule availabilityPreferred QualificationsPrevious commercial driving experienceWarehouse experienceFamiliarity with the Charlotte and surrounding areasSchedule8‑hour, 10‑hour, or 12‑hour shiftsDay shift / Morning shiftMonday through FridayWeekends as neededEducation & ExperienceHigh school diploma or equivalent (Preferred)Warehouse experience: 1 year (Preferred)Benefits401(k)Health insuranceDental insuranceVision insurancePaid time offBackground RequirementsCriminal background check, drug test, and motor vehicle record check will be performed by a third party.Must be able to pass a background check with no felonies or DUI convictions in the past seven (7) years.
