In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on exciting and challenging projects that make a real impact in the energy and utility sectors. You’ll be part of a dynamic, people-focused team where your expertise, ideas, and contributions will be valued and celebrated.\nRole Expectations:\nDevelop and maintain Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) in Primavera P6, integrating engineering, licensing, procurement, construction, commissioning, and closeout.\nApply CPM, Rolling Wave Planning, and Earned Value Management (EVM) to monitor and control schedule performance.\nResource and cost-load schedules to support forecasting, performance measurement, and KPI tracking.\nPerform QA/QC reviews of contractor baseline and monthly submittals, providing formal feedback and risk assessments.\nCompare contractor schedules against IMS to identify misalignments and recommend corrective actions.\nLead schedule governance: processes, best practices, change control, communication plans, and contractor requirements.\nGenerate executive-level reports, dashboards, and lookahead plans.\nWhat we’re looking for:\nBachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.\n7+ years scheduling experience, including 5+ years on large utility projects.
