Mitch’s Downtown is hiring a Front of House and Back of House Leaders to play a key role in opening one of our locations and growing into a management role as the brand continues to expand. This is a leadership position, not just a job.
We are looking for hospitality and culinary professionals who thrive in fast-paced, high-volume environments, take ownership of the guest experience, and want to grow with a rapidly expanding concept. Fluent in English and Spanish is a plus

What You’ll Do
As the Front of House Operations Lead, you will:
Lead front-of-house and expo operations during service
Set and maintain hospitality and service standards
Ensure speed, accuracy, and quality across all orders
Own the guest experience from entry to exit
Support, guide, and hold the team accountable in real time
Step in wherever needed to keep service running smoothly
Handle guest issues with sound judgment and professionalism
Oversee POS operations (Toast), including in-house, takeout, and delivery orders
Maintain cleanliness, organization, and food safety standards
Perform side work and operational tasks as needed
Act as a role model and culture leader on the floor
Growth & Leadership Path
This role is designed as a direct path into management. High performers will have opportunities to step into management positions, take on broader operational responsibility, and support new store openings as Mitch’s Downtown continues to grow.
