Who You Are:Outgoing, confident, and naturally enthusiasticGreat with kids AND parentsStrong in sales and comfortable discussing membershipOrganized, dependable, and proactiveA positive leader who sets the tone for the teamFlexible and willing to jump in wherever needed What Youll Do:Lead classes and coach instructorsDrive membership sales and program growthBuild strong relationships with familiesOversee daily operations and ensure excellence on the floorServe as Camp Lead on scheduled camp daysHelp develop camp curriculum and lesson plansTrain and support camp staffFacilitate structured, high-energy, and FUN campsHelp plan, execute, and facilitate all special eventsBe present at and help lead all Little Gym events Schedule:TuesdaySaturdayMust be available mornings AND eveningsMust be available for all Little Gym special eventsGuaranteed 32 hoursThis is a key leadership position.
