The Senior Legal Counsel is responsible for advising the organization on complex legal issues in one or more areas, such as labor and employment law, contracts, benefits, regulatory compliance, corporate work and other areas.Tasks And ResponsibilitiesManage various types of litigation matters, arbitrations and agency actions where NetJets is a party; includes managing outside counsel and handling cases internally when appropriate.Provide legal advice, counsel and service to internal business clients concerning a variety of legal matters, including rights, risks, and obligations. Research and analyzes laws, regulations and related cases; monitor changes in the law.Assist in review and negotiation of various contracts, such as procurement, benefits and fractional program contracts.Develop and deliver training on compliance issues, such as employment, ethics, safety, FCPA, anti-bribery, privacy and other laws.NoteIt is not possible to list all required job duties on this form.
