Develop methods and processes for product development. Direct the integration of company activity with key technology partners to ensure the product conforms to performance specifications.\nPlan and direct all phases of development of products. Serve as primary point of contact for suppliers, vendors and internal service providers.\nServe as primary point of contact with government representatives to facilitate product development and production.\nOversees engineering, testing and production of sample products to be supplied to customer for testing and review.\nThis role is for you if you have these skills:\nProven leadership and experience in effectively directing and providing high-level oversight of program administration. Excellent customer service skills.\nDemonstrated experience in the interpretation of government contract requirements and the implementation of processes for product development.\nResponds promptly to customer needs; both internal and external. Maintains confidentiality. Listens and gets clarification, responds well to questions. Has excellent phone skills.\nProficiency in Word, Access, Excel, Outlook, SAP, and other software programs is needed. Writes clearly and informatively.\nStrong financial skills to maintain budgets and project planning. Presents numerical data effectively.\nAnd if you have these qualifications:\nBachelors Degree in Business Administration or technical field, Masters desirable but not required.\n10+ years of progressively complex experience in Government Procurement field with a minimum of four years management experience in procurement.\nValid driver's license is required.\nSecret Clearance may be required.\nGreat attitude and team player.\nSuccessful completion of background screening process.\n\nIn compliance with this state’s pay transparency laws, the salary range for this role is $104,080 - $156,120. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
