Account Manager

Endries International, Inc., a leading distributor of fasteners and other class "c" commodities and provider of Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI) solutions for original equipment manufacturers (OEM's) worldwide, is seeking an Account Manager in Milwaukee, WI and surrounding areas.If you're looking for a great mix between sales and servicing customers, this might be the role for you! Apply today!Responsibilities:Provide world class customer serviceReview appropriate reports and records to ensure bin management system is properly maintainedIdentify, source and quote parts and process related customer ordersReview and maintain customer pricingBuild a strong working relationship with all customer contactsMaintain at all times a positive mental attitude to customers and fellow associatesAudit inventory levels inside customer facilitiesOccasionally replenish inventory in customer's facilityDocument key events and notes in Endries' CRM systemProvide technical part information to customer utilizing internal company engineering and quality support resourcesDeliver parts as neededIdentify and actively pursue opportunities for continued revenue growth with existing customersService the customer's VMI (Vendor Managed Inventory) programMaintain VMI bin schematicsImprove customer relations by being pro-active and consistently involved in meeting the customer's requirementsGrow the business portfolio on product mix with the customerQualifications:A successful associate will be goal oriented, self-motivated and able to meet deadlines while building and maintaining strong customer relationshipsCustomer Service experienceGood analytic and organizational abilities requiredAttentive to detailQuick learnerSelf-motivated with a strong desire to succeedExcellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbalProblem solving and decision making skillsTechnical and mechanical inclination a plusOccasionally lift 20-40 pounds, at times up to 50 poundsProficiency in Microsoft Office products with an emphasis in Outlook and ExcelEndries International is an equal opportunity employer.
