The Safety Trainer/Instructor will be responsible for developing and delivering safety training programs, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and company policies, and conducting safety audits and site inspections. The role also involves creating educational materials, maintaining training records, and collaborating with project teams to promote a culture of safety across all operations.QualificationsExperience in conducting safety training and developing safety programs.Knowledge of OSHA regulations, workplace safety standards, and accident prevention techniques.Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills for effectively training diverse audiences.Attention to detail, organizational skills, and proficiency in maintaining accurate training records.Ability to assess risk and implement corrective actions proactively.Experience in the construction industry is a plus.Certifications such as OSHA Outreach Trainer, First Aid, or CPR are highly desirable.
