Responsibilities:\nHelps manage project change and configuration processes by managing change requests, reviewing open issues, updating configuration baselines, and communicating essential information to the project team and stakeholders\nAssists in the successful execution of the program testing process and testing activities\nAssists with the management and optimization of service delivery processes and service agreements and analyzes IT operation metrics for problems and opportunities\nHelps establish IT project plans including project purpose, objectives, technical approach, and schedules\nSupports the creation and maintenance of program documentation including Standard Operating Procedures, Test Plans, Reference Guides, Training Guides, etc.\nSupports administration of SharePoint and the program's document repository\nSupports team travel, and logistics (as required)\nSupports equipment inventory, and shipping needs (as required)\nQualifications:\nMinimum Qualifications\nBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or IT Management (or equivalent related field experience)\nPMP certification required\n4+ years of experience in the Information Technology field\n3+ years of experience in writing technical documents\n3+ years of experience in a client facing role; federal clients preferred\nKnowledge of developing, implementing, and monitoring IT program and project delivery\nProficiency in MS Office Proficiency with MS Office Suite, and SharePoint\nPositive attitude, willingness to learn and apply new skills and approaches, team player\nStrong communication (written and oral), presentation, organizational and interpersonal skills\nAble to take initiative, manage own workload, and assume responsibility for tasks\nAble to multi‐task, handle multiple projects, and meet internal and client deadlines\nAbility to exercise sound judgment and innovative thinking\nDesired Qualifications\nExperience in Agile/SCRUM environments\nScrumMaster (CSM) certification\nITIL® Foundation certification\nFamiliarity with MS Project and ServiceNow IT Service Management (ITSM)\nClearance Requirement:\nActive Secret or Top-Secret government security clearance or the ability to get an Interim Secret clearance in a short period of time.
