This role ensures that data platforms, pipelines, models, and AI-enabled solutions are delivered in a compliant, scalable, and production-ready manner, bridging data science innovation with enterprise execution.The TPM partners closely with analytics teams, business stakeholders, and technology organizations to translate analytical concepts into actionable capabilities that enable targeting, measurement, experimentation, personalization, and data-driven decision-making at scale.Key ResponsibilitiesData & Analytics Program DeliveryLead cross-functional delivery of data and analytics initiatives, including data integrations, analytics enablement, model activation, and measurement frameworks.Manage multiple concurrent data-centric workstreams, dependencies, risks, and delivery milestones.Ensure analytics initiatives progress from discovery and proof-of-concept stages into governed, scalable production solutions.Data Science & Technical PartnershipServe as a key operational partner to analytics and data science teams, supporting intake, prioritization, and delivery of analytics use cases.Coordinate with data engineering, architecture, security, and risk teams to support data ingestion, access, and platform readiness.Translate analytical requirements, models, features, signals, and measurement needs into executable delivery plans.Governance, Risk & ComplianceSupport enterprise governance processes related to analytics and data usage, including:Data transfer and access approvalsSecurity and privacy reviewsArchitecture and operational readiness assessmentsEnsure analytics solutions align with enterprise data standards, risk management practices, and regulatory requirements.Measurement, Experimentation & ActivationEnable activation of analytical outputs into business and customer engagement platforms for targeting, segmentation, personalization, and customer journey optimization.Support the design and delivery of experimentation frameworks, measurement strategies, and performance reporting.Partner with analytics teams to ensure results are traceable, explainable, and actionable for business stakeholders.Stakeholder Communication & InfluenceProvide clear, executive-ready updates on data and analytics initiatives, including risks, trade-offs, and key decisions.Act as a liaison between technical teams and non-technical business partners.Process Improvement & Operational ExcellenceContribute to standardized intake, prioritization, and delivery processes for analytics-driven initiatives.Identify opportunities to improve delivery speed, scalability, transparency, and operational efficiency through process and tooling enhancements.Required QualificationsExtensive experience delivering complex, cross-functional technical, data, or analytics-driven programs.Strong understanding of analytics, data platforms, and the operationalization of models and insights.Proven ability to collaborate effectively with data scientists, engineers, architects, and business stakeholders.Advanced program management skills, including planning, dependency management, risk mitigation, and execution oversight.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across technical and executive audiences.Preferred QualificationsExperience supporting marketing analytics, decision science, customer analytics, personalization, or related data-driven initiatives.Familiarity with enterprise data governance, security, privacy, and compliance frameworks.Experience enabling AI, machine learning, or advanced analytics solutions within regulated environments.PMP, CSM, Agile certification, or equivalent project/program management experience.Key Focus AreasAnalytics enablement and operationalizationData pipelines, integrations,
