They will act as the liaison between Transdev Management and Transdev employees. In addition, make sure all accidents or breakdowns are handled appropriately\nResponds to system emergencies; investigates and completes accident reports, incidents, safety escalations, and customer complaints; including post-accident drug and alcohol testing according to policy\nMonitors and records employee absence and tardiness\nConducts applicable shifts pre-brief and debrief meetings, communicating announcements to the team\nSupport the operations leadership team in daily operations management of dispatch, including mission assignment, leading meetings, and communicating with internal and external stakeholders\nCoordinate, monitor and supervise the activities of subordinates.
