What
You'll Do
As a Trial Attorney at our firm,
your responsibilities will include:
Managing
a High-Volume Caseload: You'll oversee approximately 150 cases,
with around 50 actively in litigation each month, guiding each from
intake through settlement or jury verdict.
Engaging with Clients: You'll maintain proactive and
transparent communication, ensuring clients are informed and
supported throughout the legal process.
Conducting Key Litigation Activities: You'll conduct
depositions, draft and respond to motions, lead mediations, and
develop comprehensive case strategies.
Advocating in Trials: You'll serve as lead counsel in jury
trials, advocating passionately to secure favorable outcomes for
our clients.
What You Need
Legal Accumen: Licensed to practice law; trial advocacy and/or
moot court experience strongly preferred
Licensure: Active and in good standing with the your local
State Bar. Multiple state bar admissions are preferred. Most be
currently located in the state where this job is posted.
Communication Skills: Exceptional ability to
articulate case strategies and engage effectively with clients and
team members.
What You Get
Compensation and Benefits:
Competitive
Compensation: Attorneys at our firm typically earn between $150,000
and $350,000 annually*, reflecting the high value we place on your
expertise and contributions. The starting base for this early
career position will most likely be located closer to
$80-100k.

efficiently.
