The ideal candidate will be exceptionally organized, detail-focused, and demonstrate outstanding teamwork skills, consistently aiming for excellence in all duties. Essential Functions:Provide direct administrative support to manager(s) to include calendar, scheduling, report, travel, budget, etc.Provide general administrative support for labor corrections, travel, expenses, IT, supply inventory, training compliance, on/offboardingManage schedules for manager(s), prioritize tasks, adhere to deadlinesExcellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and handle multiple projects simultaneouslyPlan meetings and take minutes for meetingsStrong written and verbal communication skillsAttention to detail and problem-solving skillsUse Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and TEAMS to create presentations and communicate informationOrganize and execute employee morale eventsAssist in the overall maintenance and upkeep of conference roomsMaintain required level of confidentialityServe as back up support to other administrative team membersOther duties and responsibilities as assigned
