Will be managing the Configurations of the various UKG modulesJD:As a Principal Solution Analyst - UKG, you'll play a key role in shaping and implementing technology solutions that directly support and transform our business operations. You'll be the go-to expert for designing and configuring UKG platforms (formerly Kronos), ensuring they align with real business needs and outcomes.Unlike a developer, this role is less about coding and more about strategic system design, configuration, and collaboration. You'll lead projects, mentor junior team members, and act as a key liaison between IT and business stakeholders.What You'll DoLead the design and configuration of UKG/Kronos solutions to meet evolving business needsServe as a subject matter expert across multiple Kronos modules (Timekeeping, Accruals, Absence, Analytics, etc.)Collaborate with business leaders to define requirements, identify process improvements, and drive impactful technology solutionsMentor junior team members and contribute to a culture of learning and innovationPartner with cross-functional teams to manage project milestones, resolve issues, and deliver high-impact outcomesUse your expertise in Agile/BDD methodologies to drive efficient and value-driven solutionsWhat You BringBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, or a related field8+ years of experience in a business or technology-facing roleStrong knowledge of UKG/Kronos platforms and related integration toolsExceptional communication and stakeholder management skillsExperience with Agile methodologies and systems development lifecyclesA collaborative mindset and the ability to mentor others while also driving complex projects to success
