It is our philosophy.?Nothing half-hearted.\nAssociates (and Customers) can be confident that this mantra drives the organization to be nimble, scalable and comprehensive -no matter how complex the customers’ challenge.\nWe look?forward to having an interesting conversation with you.\nJOB DESCRIPTION\nTitle:?Process Technician\nPosition: Full Time / Non-Exempt\nLocation:?Riverside, CA\nManager:\nReports to: Production Manager\nSUMMARY OF ROLE\nStart-up, shutdown, monitor and troubleshoot production jobs according to set procedures.\nDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES\nAssures part quality, cycle yields, and efficiencies are to standard and arc monitored.\nAssures Quality Assurance Manufacturing Plan guidelines are set, followed and maintained.\nSet molds, troubleshoot and assure proper mold maintenance is followed.\nCompletes documentation such as reports, forms, checklists, NMR's and CAR'S.\nAssists in training of production personnel.\nMaintains good housekeeping procedures in assigned areas.\nPerforms supervisory duties if necessary.\nMINIMUM REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS\nHigh school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years’ experience in injection molding.\nPossesses the technical knowledge necessary to perform essential duties and responsibilities of job.\nBasic computer skills, and knowledge of production monitoring and MRP systems.\nAbility to resolve complex problems and manage multiple tasks furnished in written and oral form\nKnowledge of injection molding presses, injection molds, thermoplastics, and support equipment.\nBasic understanding of SPC's and SQC'S.\nESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND PHYSICAL DEMANDS\nThe employee must meet the physical demands needed to perform the duties of the written procedures.\nMoving heavy molds and auxiliary equipment (>55 lbs.).\nThe employee is regularly required to stand, walk, talk, and hear.\nWORK ENVIRONMENT\nThe work environment is usually in an office within a manufacturing facility with low to moderate noise level.
