Proposal Management 70%Serve as a liaison between proposal team and customers/sub-suppliers to ensure technical and commercial effectiveness to win the bidCoordinate with cross-functional teams in developing proposals and conducting proposal milestone meetings, which sometimes occur outside the EST 8-5 time zonesUnderstand cultural nuances and communication styles amongst teamsReview and analyze Request for Quote (RFQ) and communicate technicalities and specifications given by customer to the rest of the team.This includes initiating proposal engineering efforts and preparing formal proposal documents along with estimating associated labor and material cost.This includes initiating proposal engineering efforts and preparing formal proposal documents along with estimating associated labor and material cost.Ability to work on multiple proposals simultaneously while maintaining deadlinesValidating final proposal and submitting final package on customer's proposal siteUnderstand impact of terms and conditions, payment terms & other non-price commercial elements to ensure proposals meet internal governance & profitability expectations.Coordinate meetings to solve technical issues if/when they arise between Proposal Team, Technical Team and customerManage RFQ and purchase order portals and communicate outcomes to entire teamReview orders received and organize project handover, where required. 2. Customer Relations 20%Develop and maintain relationship with key stakeholders to stay relevant on potential RFQs and give insight to competitive bidsBuild and sustain viable relationships by responding quickly to emails, answering phone calls, and doing weekly client visits in the assigned areaScout for new business opportunitiesGo above and beyond to generate customer satisfaction and delight 3. Other Task as Assigned 10%Create and present on WP solutions and product offeringsGenerate monthly and quarterly reports on sales pipeline/sales forecast and account overviewsProcess improvementsOther 4.
