PIV Support ClerkCrossroads Talent Solutions is seeking dependable, detail-oriented PIV Support Clerks to provide on-site credentialing and security administrative support to USCIS Office of Security & Integrity (OSI) locations nationwide.This position is responsible for assisting with Personal Identity Verification (PIV) card issuance, fingerprinting services, access control support, and general security administrative functions.This role directly supports USCIS security operations and identity management programs under Homeland Security Presidential Directive 12 (HSPD-12).Key ResponsibilitiesPIV Card Issuance & Credentialing SupportIssue, enroll, sponsor, revoke, recover, and destroy DHS PIV cardsProvide fingerprinting services for authorized DHS personnelProcess visitor badges and maintain visitor logsSchedule appointments using DHS credentialing systemsTrack card production, issuance, revocation, and destructionMaintain and update access control systems and security databasesPerform daily DCF (DHS Credentialing Facility) opening and closing proceduresMonitor and track HSPD-12 inventory and suppliesProvide professional customer service in person, by phone, and via emailSecurity Administrative SupportMonitor and manage security-related email inboxesAssist Regional Security Chiefs and Field Security ManagersPerform data entry and document scanningPrepare reports, spreadsheets, and administrative documentsMaintain security trackers and databasesSupport audits and annual inventory reviewsAssist with OSI program improvement initiativesMinimum QualificationsU.S. Citizenship (Required)Clearance (Required)Ability to obtain and maintain a favorable DHS background investigation (Public Trust level)Minimum 3 of the last 5 years residing in the United States (unless exempt under DHS guidelines)High school diploma or equivalentStrong administrative and organizational skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)Professional communication and customer service skillsAbility to handle sensitive and Personally Identifiable Information (PII) in accordance with federal security policiesReliable attendance and punctualityWork ScheduleFull-time, on-siteTelework is not authorizedLocal travel is not reimbursableBenefitsMedical/Dental/Vision Benefits Offered401kLife Insurance plansEmployee Health and Wellness programCrossroads Talent Solutions, LLC is a Veteran friendly employer and provides equal employment opportunity (EEO) to all employees and applicants without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, age, disability status, genetic information, marital status, ancestry, protected veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by applicable federal, state, and local laws.Equal Opportunity Employer/Veteran/Disabled
