Role DescriptionWe are seeking a full-time Associate Attorney to handle all aspects of litigation, with as-needed guidance from a senior attorney. The Associate Attorney will be responsible for providing legal advice to clients, conducting thorough research, drafting high-quality legal documents, and representing clients in negotiations and hearings. QualificationsProficiency in general law and interest in litigation and trial in state and federal courtDemonstrated ability to analyze complex mattersStrong research skills to analyze legal precedents and regulationsActive license to practice law in ColoradoExcellent written and verbal communication skillsCommitment to maintaining ethical and professional standards
