Salary: $72,000 (negotiable)

Your Impact
You’ll provide early intervention services that are meaningful and effective, including:
Conducting assessments and developing IFSP/IEP goals
Delivering therapy in natural environments using evidence-based and family-centered approaches
Supporting families with strategies that fit into daily routines
Documenting progress clearly and accurately
Collaborating with service coordinators, families, and your internal team
You’ll be supported not just clinically, but in managing your caseload, navigating early intervention expectations, organizing your schedule, and developing professional confidence.
What You Bring
Master’s degree in Communication Disorders from an accredited program
Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset

Physical Demands:
Employee should be able to transfer clients, lift weights, transport clients and perform treatment on floors, schools, home, and playgrounds as needed to incorporate the child’s natural learning environment. Employees should be knowledgeable in and exercise good body mechanics during client’s treatment.
