We are currently seeking a talented and motivated ServiceNow Programmer/Developer II for a Full-Time position.\nJob Summary:\nDevelop, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications, modules, and workflows to meet business requirements.\nCollaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements and propose technical solutions.\nWrite and maintain clean, efficient, and well-documented code using JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and\nServiceNow scripting languages.\nDesign and implement integrations with third-party systems and tools using ServiceNow APIs and web services.\nPerform unit testing, system testing, and debugging of ServiceNow applications to ensure quality and reliability.\nProvide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers and team members.\nStay updated on latest ServiceNow features, functionalities, and best practices, and apply the to enhance existing systems.\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, testers, and solution architects, to deliver integrated solutions.\nParticipate in agile development processes, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and sprint retrospectives.\nAssist in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues in production environments.\nRequired Skills/Experience:\nProficiency in ServiceNow platform development, including configuration, customization, and\nscripting.\nExtensive experience with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other web technologies.\nStrong understanding of IT service management (ITSM) processes and best practices.\nAbility to design and implement complex workflows, business rules, and integrations within the\nServiceNow platform.\nExperience with ServiceNow APIs, data imports/exports, and system integrations.\nKnowledge of ServiceNow modules such as incident management, change management, and\nCMDB.\nFamiliarity with Agile development methodologies.\nExcellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot and debug issues.\nEffective communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.\nMinimum of 10 years of experience in ServiceNow development or a related field.\nMinimum Qualifications:\nBachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.\nServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification preferred.\nProven track record of successfully delivering ServiceNow solutions in a professional environment.\nStrong analytical and organizational skills.\nAbility to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.\nDoes this opportunity sound like a fit for you?
