Check out our website for a complete list of interesting projects. walbecgroup.comProud Partner of the Green Bay Packers.The PositionUnder the direction of the Controller, the Administrative Assistant is responsible for using a proactive approach to provide support and administrative duties to our busy office.Role and ResponsibilitiesReceive and handle all incoming calls and visitorsAnalyze and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, procedures or governmental regulationsReview bid/quote advertisements in various periodicals, email and websitesAssist in the preparation of bids/quotesMiss Dig ticket submittal and follow upSpend time supporting Construction, Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations, Transportation and Shop/Equipment Repair Shop and office invoice distribution, coding and submittalSupport for writing permits, work orders, invoice coding and submittalAttend meetings (Pre-Construction, Pre Pave, Scheduling, etc.)General administrative duties and business correspondences, including filing, spreadsheet maintenance, copying, laminating and assembling project boardsDownloading and printing of project plans and specificationsSchedule, dispatch and forecast needs for flaggers and flagger hotel rooms, including associated functions reconciling receipts and expense reportsPerforms other related duties as required and assignedThe BenefitsTeam members at the Walbec Group are offered competitive pay and benefits that align with our values while supporting good health and a balanced life now and into the future.
