This position will be responsible for following up on leads, Etimating projects, turning leads into sales and client retention. This position requires working closely with Project management to transition etimated projects into executed projects. There will be a base salary with commision bonus. Potential to become an owner of the company.\nResponsibilities:\nPrepare estimates for clients based on project requirements\nCommunicate with clients and other team members to ensure project is on track\nPrepare cost reports for projects\nCommunicate with clients regarding project status\nCommunicate with Project Managers to ensure project is on track\nWork with Project Managers to ensure project is on track\nCommunicate with clients regarding project status\nOther duties as assigned by manager\nQualifications:\nMinimum of 2 years’ experience in Estimating or Construction Management. Estimating experience preferred.\nStrong knowledge of construction estimating methods and procedures, including but not limited to, AIA AF&A, Bidding, and Cost Estimating.\nAbility to work independently with minimal supervision. Ability to work in a team environment. Strong communication skills.\nAbility to plan and prepare written estimates.
