Under the guidance of a licensed Occupational Therapist, you will help residents regain daily living skills, provide therapeutic interventions, document progress, and communicate with interdisciplinary team members. Active Ohio COTA license required to start the assignment. BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required prior to start. Minimum experience in skilled nursing facility settings preferred. Experience providing ADL retraining, adaptive equipment recommendations, and therapeutic activity planning preferred. Ability to document in electronic medical records and to communicate with interdisciplinary teams preferred. Assignment Details Facility type: Skilled Nursing Facility. Shift: Days. Shift hours: 08:30–16:30. Work pattern: Five 8-hour shifts per week. Start: ASAP. Assignment length: 13 weeks. Meal break: 30 minutes.
