The Assembler works Monday-Friday 7:30am-4pm with occasional additional hours as needed, including Saturday. This position is located at our manufacturing facility in Eugene, Oregon. Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities:Assembles assigned product parts in accordance with production guidelines. Performs spot checks of products to ensure it meets quality standards. Notifies management of product discrepancies or equipment malfunctions. Follows established company policies and procedures, while paying special attention to safety regulations. Keeps tools/materials/workspace neat and organized to ensure efficient space utilization. Skills & Abilities:Be able to read/understand details. Adaptable and ready for pace changes. Self-Starting/Highly Motivated. Good hand-eye coordination. Ability to multitask. Work well others and independently. Be able to follow verbal and written instructions. Great attendance is a must, so reliable transportation is necessary. Flexibility: Overtime and split shifts are a possibility depending on the workload. Requirements:Requirements:High School Diploma or Equivalent. Ability to lift up to 50lbs regularly throughout a shift as needed. One or more years of work-related experience.
