Sales Representative

Job Description: Work hours are from 6:30 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday. We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, particularly in the insulation, gutters, and specialties industry. The Sales Representative will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with customers, and closing sales deals. Responsibilities: Identify and generate new leads through networking and cold calling Build and maintain relationships with customers to ensure repeat business Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products and solutions Prepare and deliver sales presentations to prospective customers Negotiate and close sales deals in a timely manner Meet or exceed sales targets and goals Preferred qualifications: Proven track record of successful sales experience in the insulation, gutters, or specialties industry Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Excellent negotiation and closing skills Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Experience with electronic blueprint takeoffs and or a strong knowledge of computer systems Physical demands: Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential job functions.
