Estimator/Senior Estimator - Growth, Stability & High-Profile Projects

This role will be involved in budgeting, conceptual estimating, quantity takeoffs, subcontractor outreach, bid analysis, value engineering, and client-facing preconstruction activities while working closely with operations teams, design partners, and company leadership.Desired Skills and Experience• 5+ years of experience preferably with a Top ENR GC• Experience in healthcare, life sciences, laboratory, higher education, corporate office, advanced technology, mission critical, tenant improvement, mixed-use, or other complex commercial construction projects preferred• Professional communication, sound judgment, and a collaborative approachThis is an excellent opportunity for someone seeking long-term career growth, stability, and the chance to be part of a highly respected organization.If interested, please send your resume.
