Outside Sales Representative
SUMMARY: The Outside Sales Representative offers solutions to drive company revenue.
Position Specific Competencies
Present and sell company products and services to new clients
Prospect and contact potential clients
Work with marketing on prospective clients
Reach sales target and goals by deadlines
Resolve customer inquiries and complaints
Set follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of latest developments and products
Create sales materials to present to potential clients

Maintains good relationships with peers and his/her supervisor, and maintains appropriate boundaries with all persons with which he/she comes in contact during work time.
Schedule is kept consistently and timely, with minimal absences, and minimal tardiness.
Requirements
Recommended working knowledge of IT related hardware and software
Must have a valid driver’s license; with no recent infractions
MS Office experience, specifically in Microsoft Excel
Must be able to type at a speed of at least 40 wpm.
Must meet satisfactory criteria of Agency with regards to the results of a required Criminal Background check.
Must be able to perform the job, with or without reasonable accommodation.
