This role ensures manufacturing processes and components meet quality standards and customer expectations by developing QA procedures, leading root cause analysis (CAPA), and executing continuous improvements on the production floor.\n\nReview and disposition customer returns daily, ensuring timely resolution and documentation.\n\nLead root cause analysis, Strike Team meetings, and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA) using 8D and Fishbone tools.\n\nPerform regular audits of production processes, MQC (Control Plans), Inspection Standards (IS), and FMEAs.\n\nPrepare monthly internal and customer PPM reports and coordinate directly with Tier 1 OEM clients.\n\nPartner with engineering and production to lead the Scrap Reduction Team and implement plant-floor Kaizen initiatives.\n\nSupport laboratory testing activities and assist the Lab Technician as needed.\n\nStandard Full-Time (Day shift) / On-site.
