Customer Service Order Entry specialist

Today, MSI Metro Sales Inc., a 100% Employee-Owned Company, is an industry leading hardware, software, and managed services provider.MSI Metro Sales Inc. is seeking an Employee-Owner, Customer service/Order entry specialist, in our Burnsville, MN Headquarters.The ideal candidate will be responsible for processing orders for supplies from internal and external clients while delivering an exceptional customer service experience. The successful candidate will exhibit attention to detail in processing orders, returns on internal and external systems; maintain call, and email volume expectations with a focus on minimal hold time rates.Core ResponsibilitiesReceive and process incoming calls and emails.Process supply orders and submit returns on vendor websites.Strive to exceed team goals: calls per day, average talk time on live calls, % of Productivity, service error rates, supply error rates and phone audits.Maintain team goals for Hold Time and Grade of Service.Process standard reports within excel and proprietary software.Participate in cross training to support other departments as neededOther responsibilities as assigned by Supervisor or Manager.Minimum QualificationsHigh School Diploma or equivalent.Microsoft office products MS Outlook, Excel, and WordAble to travel to all Metro Sales locations (estimated 10 days a year) and Customer locations as needed.Valid Drivers LicenseClean Driving RecordPreferred QualificationsExcellent typing & Ten-key skills.Exhibit excellent Communication, organizational and prioritization skills.Prior Customer service experience.What We OfferMedical, Dental and Vision InsuranceShort- and long-term disability programLife InsuranceEducational Development BenefitsEmployee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) + Gainshare401K+ MatchPTOPaid Volunteer Days!
