Summary
The Early Childhood Assistant Teacher position requires a candidate with strong classroom management skills and experience working with children. The ideal candidate should have a background in childcare and be comfortable in a classroom setting. Additionally, premium skills such as early childhood education and childhood development would be beneficial in this role. Experience with curriculum development and working with children with special needs, such as autism, would also be advantageous. The successful candidate will need to demonstrate effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with students and colleagues.
