The role owner should have hands-on full stack development experience along with a strong understanding of cloud infrastructure and microservices architecture.\n\nKey Result Areas and Activities:\n\nDesign, develop, and maintain scalable backend services and RESTful APIs using Java 8+/11+, Spring Boot, and microservices architecture.\nBuild responsive front-end interfaces using ReactJS or Angular.\nDesign, deploy, and support cloud solutions using key AWS services (EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, DynamoDB, IAM).\nManage data across SQL/NoSQL databases and implement event-driven processing using Kafka.\nSupport CI/CD pipelines and containerized deployments using Git, Jenkins, Docker, and Kubernetes.\nPartner with business, technology, and banking stakeholders to ensure delivery quality, working onsite five days a week.\n\nEssential Skills:\n\nJava 8+/11+, Spring Boot, Microservices.\nREST APIs, Hibernate/JPA.\nReactJS or Angular.\nAWS (EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, DynamoDB, SQS/SNS, IAM).\nSQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, Oracle, MongoDB/DynamoDB).\nGit and Jenkins-based CI/CD pipelines.\nDocker and Kubernetes containerization and orchestration.\nKafka or other messaging platforms.\nExceptional communication and stakeholder management skills for engaging banking and technology stakeholders.\n\nDesirable Skills:\n\nAWS certification (e.g., Solutions Architect Associate).\nExperience integrating AI/ML services or APIs.\nBanking or Financial Services industry experience.\nExperience with Infrastructure as Code tools (e.g., Terraform, CloudFormation).\nExposure to serverless architecture patterns and event-driven design.\nFamiliarity with enterprise API gateway and security integration patterns.\n\nQualifications:\n\nBachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related field (master's degree is a plus).\nExperience with microservices, distributed systems, and DevOps practices.\n5–7 years of hands-on Full Stack Java development experience, including strong AWS cloud services and enterprise application development.\n\nQualities:\n\nStrong communication and stakeholder management skills, comfortable engaging executives and non-technical stakeholders.\nComfortable working onsite in a fast-paced financial services environment.\nAble to work collaboratively across cross-functional, self-organized teams.\nAdaptable and responsive to evolving platform and stakeholder requirements.\nAble to consult, write, and present persuasively to technical and business audiences.\nAble to iterate based on code reviews, peer feedback, and evolving requirements.\nAble to work effectively with teams and stakeholders across different time zones.\n\n\"Infocepts is an equal opportunity employer.
