{"schemaVersion":"jobsearcher.job.v1","id":"bb788c9ba1ce4fcf6c8d65b7","url":"https://jobsearcher.com/jobs/bb788c9ba1ce4fcf6c8d65b7","canonicalUrl":"https://jobsearcher.com/jobs/bb788c9ba1ce4fcf6c8d65b7","title":"Master Data Manager","description":"Travel: Travel required on need basis\r\nType: Corp-Corp\r\nRequired Skills\r\nServe as the primary execution lead for the enterprise MDM roadmap, translating strategic priorities into actionable plans and deliverables.\r\nLeadership of the MDM Program Management office, including intake, prioritization, orchestration, reporting and change management\r\nCreate cross-functional work-streams to coordinate milestones, dependencies, and risks to ensure prompt delivery of MDM initiatives.\r\nDesign, implement and continuously improve MDM governance, operating models, and business processes with support from MDM Lead.\r\nWork closely with Digital Technology to support implementation, integration, and optimization of the enterprise MDM platform.\r\nQualifications\r\n10–12 years of experience in data, operations, digital technology, finance, or related enabling functions.\r\n5+ years of experience in Master Data Management and strong understanding of master data concepts, data governance, and business/technology alignment.\r\nDemonstrated experience leading complex, cross-functional programs or initiatives.\r\nExperience working in large, matrixed organizations with multiple stakeholders.\r\nExcellent communication skills with the ability to synthesize complex topics for executive audiences.\r\nDesired Characteristics\r\nExperience with ERP, enterprise systems, or master data tools such as Reltio, Stibo or Informatica.\r\nAbility to lead a team/onshore & Offshore.
