Low Voltage Technician

Job Description Abstract Enterprises Security Systems is seeking a skilled Low Voltage Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting a variety of low voltage systems for our residential and commercial clients.Key RequirementsMinimum of five years of experience in low voltage systemsValid and clean driver's licenseSelf-starter with excellent communication skillsTechnical ExpertiseThe successful candidate should be well-versed in:CCTV systemsAccess control systemsIntercom systemsAlarm systemsMag locks and door strikesUse of conduit benders and other relevant toolsResponsibilitiesInstall and configure various low voltage systems, including security cameras, access control, and intercomsPerform maintenance and repairs on existing systemsConduct site surveys and provide recommendations for system upgrades or improvementsWork independently and as part of a team to complete projects efficientlyCommunicate effectively with clients and team membersTroubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely mannerAdditional SkillsKnowledge of structured cabling and networking principlesFamiliarity with IP-based systems and remote viewing capabilitiesUnderstanding of building codes and safety regulationsCompensationSalary is negotiable based on experience and qualifications.
