This role will support the field operations success, development, and financial performance while focused on delivering a world class customer experience to gain lifetime promotors and grow Caliber's reputation in the marketplace.Roles and ResponsibilitiesDemonstrate a strong ability to lead, develop, and inspire others to achieve successCoach and support the training and development of field operations Manager's and TeammatesProactively recruit for long term successStrengthen vendor relationships and build new partnerships within regionEnsure safety standards and standard operating procedures are followedDeliver exceptional customer service to deliver on performance benchmarksAlign sales projections and capacity planning to maximize the workflowProvide insight regarding marketing plans, sales, and market growth opportunitiesPerform quality control & inventory review on tools, fleet, and safetyPartner with cross functional teams to implement and continuously improve field operations and organizational goalsWillingness to learn new and innovative automotive technologiesQualifications, Education & Experience7+ years of experience in automotive repair5+ years' experience leading and mentoring a team of peopleEffective communication, time management, organizational and sales skillsProficient in Microsoft Office & Agile in learning new software applicationsRequirementsMust be at least 21 years of ageMust have a valid driver's license and ability to pass MVR checkAbility to pass a background checkMust be able to lift 60 pounds independentlyTravel may be required for continuing education and certification trainingRequires standing for extended periods of time with frequent stretching, reaching, walking, and stoopingRequires frequent driving of company and customer vehiclesExtensive travel within assigned area is expectedCaliber uses E-Verify to confirm the identity and employment eligibility of all new hires.Must be eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions.
