The ideal candidate will have a strong background in leasing apartments with references in property management. Is punctual, reliable, organized and a multi-tasker who stays calm and in control under pressure.\n*Responsibilities*\n- Assist the Manager in daily operations of apartment community. Support the goals of the company to maintain the asset for financial success. Provide top notch customer service with applicants, residents and vendors. Team player because it takes a village to operate a 224 apartment homes community.\n- Oversee leasing tours, online rentals, process app;lications, prepare new lease packages and handle new Move In appointments.\n- Run monthly reports for compliance with Renters' Insurance.\n- Prepare ongoing Lease Renewals and a Community Newletter monthly.\n- Manage shift effectively to maximize customer service for assigning and closing out service requests, customer service follow ups. etc.\n- Utilize math and computer skills on for rent payment postings, closing accounting batches for bank deposits.\n- Assist the Manager on monthly parking lot, patio, amenity and shop area inspections. Attend monthly Safety Meetings and quarterly Manager Zoom Meetings.\n- Provide exceptional customer service in accordance with all Federal and State rental housing laws and civil codes per Fair Housing.\n*Requirements*\n- Proven experience in apartment property management with stellar leasing/closing skills.\n- Familiarity with Realpage Onesite software is a plus.
