On our team, you’ll have the support to excel at work and the resources to build a career you can be proud of.\n\nWhat your day-to-day will look like:\n\nLead a team of 15–20 warehouse material handlers to receive, pick, and process orders daily\nLeverage operational metrics to identify improvement areas and create actionable plans to improve the business\nUtilize leadership skills to train material handlers to meet performance goals for safety, quality, and productivity\nFoster positive working relationships with warehouse team, contract carriers, driver helpers\nManage the dispatch of contract carriers and resolve issues throughout the day\nPartner with the Operations Manager to identify problem areas, including restructuring routes to improve operational efficiencies\nTrain and develop contract carriers, dispatchers and warehouse personnel to meet and exceed customer expectations\n\nAt a minimum, you’ll need:\n\n4 years of experience in operations\nExperience with Microsoft Office\nIt’d be great if you also have:\n2 years of experience in logistics or transportation, inventory control and merchandise reconciliation\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills\nStrong interpersonal and leadership skills\n\nThis job requires the ability to:\n\nLift up to 50 lbs.\n\nDoes this sound like you?
